"I picked Allied based on their ratings here and they didn't disappoint. From the initial call to meeting with Peter to dealing with the the staff during the repairs the service was consistently top notch. Their customer service was excellent and I have never experienced anything like it from auto repair shops even the branded service shops where you expect better service. Peter was honest when it came to the quote and took the time to inspect the car and explain the needs and time frame. When my car was in the shop he took the time to email updates. He was not there when I came to pick my car and normally it's the end of it but Peter actually emailed a day later to make sure that I was happy with the repairs. It's been a month since and everything's good as new and working well. Many auto places can probably fix your car but not many can match the service standards here.
